Pallet racking systems
Racking systems for heavy palletised goods and containers
This powerful, durable and easy to install system features a comprehensive range of frames and pallet support beams that are precisely selected and combined to meet the load requirements of any storage need safely, effectively and cost-efficiently.
The system complies with the latest German and European safety regulations. Regular inspections ensure high and constant material quality. After production, a phosphate coating is applied to the column profiles and the truss profiles. This is followed by a coating of electrostatically applied EPOXY polyester powder, which is baked in the oven at 200°C and ensures optimum corrosion protection and a first-class surface finish.
Support frame lengths can be manufactured in one piece up to 14,000 mm. The support frames have a width of 85/110 mm and are perforated in a grid of 50 mm. Eight support profiles are produced, which can take loads of up to 30 t in the frame composite.
Single-station storage is possible, as is a bay width of up to 5,000 mm. Eight upright profiles are produced with two different suspension lugs (with two or three suspension knobs). Shelf loads up to approx. 6 t with evenly distributed load and L/200 can be supplied.
Our racking profiles can be used for a wide variety of storage types such as drive-in racking, flow racking, mobile racking, high-bay racking systems (also for fully automatic storage and retrieval units) and even multi-storey platform systems. Find out more about the possibilities and areas of application of our racking systems in our product brochures.
